Cost includes:  Golf / Cart fee, Prizes for Closest to the Hole, Blind Team Draw and heavy pupus at 19th Hole at The Clubhouse at Mililani at the Mililani Golf Course.  Also included:  1 pitcher of bear for your 4-some.  $25 Wine corkage fee per bottle.

ATTIRE:   Collar Shirt & Soft Spike Shoes required
